Scan
Archiver makes scanning documents fast and easy. For instance – take a folder from your files for "invoices". Archiver allows you to drop that entire folder in to your scanner and tag it "invoices" within the system. Now you have an electronic file folder that is faster to search than paper. You can use the index function at the time of scanning or afterward to be able to search your documents with pinpoint accuracy and speed.
Index
Once documents are scanned you can get very specific, tagging documents with a main category, business type, document type and date in order to pinpoint individual documents in seconds. Archiver is fast and easy.
View
The document viewer couldn't be easier. You can do a pinpoint search or browse the system for your files. The thumbnail viewer gives you document index values so you can determine exactly what the document contains before you even open it. All document values can be overlaid so that you can see index values and the document at once. It's faster than filing, easier to organize, and better because it eliminates paper!
Reports
Archiver's reporting function allows you to see visual statistics on your scanning efforts. Run by document count or document type, these simple, easy graphs allow you to track your progress to a paperless office.
